Referrals to Marigold Services

1. How does Marigold contact members?  
Our team contacts members based on their preferences. This can include a combination of texts, emails, phone calls, video chat or in person.

2. Is there a cost for services for members?  
All members can access Marigold’s 24/7 anonymous chat support groups at no cost.

There are additional services available to members of Marigold’s contracted insurers and health systems. These services are extended at no cost to the members of these entities. Details about these additional services are below.

Our team will identify which members are eligible for these services and let the individual know when we reach out and connect with them.

3. What services are available for members?  
All members will have the ability to message into anonymous text-based support groups comprised of Marigold members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. These groups are moderated by Marigold’s certified peers and clinical team members.

Those members that are eligible for enhanced services based on their insurance or paid provider affiliation will also have the option to work 1:1 with a certified Marigold peer. Members can engage with peers via phone, video, SMS or in person.  

Some members work with peers during times of need and others work to develop recovery goals and wellness plans with guidance from a peer. For members with complex needs, Marigold can dedicate resources to provide intensive wrap around support and facilitate connections to clinical care or community-based services to address needs related to social determinants of health.  

4. Do members have a point of contact at Marigold?  
All members have access to our national network of certified peers. On a more local level, these are some of the peers that members can meet at some of the sites.
